Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment including private pay, Medicare, Medicaid, Tri-Care, and in-network private insurance.  A physician’s order or prescription is required when Medicare benefits are used to acquire select medical supplies and equipment.  Medicare reimbursement is subject to approved coverage on Medicare’s fee schedule.  Our experts can help inform you about obtaining the proper supplies and equipment that you need within your insurance coverage guidelines.

How do I rent medical equipment?

Medical equipment is available for rent on a daily basis.  We offer daily rates, extended rates, and discounts for long-term rentals.  Depending upon your medical insurance, some items may be rented with an option to purchase the item after a specified rental period.  Our experts can assist you in securing medical equipment, as you need it, for short-term or long-term use.

What is the coverage area for your delivery service?

Our normal coverage area is within a 60-mile radius of Guthrie, Oklahoma.  Special arrangements may be made for delivery beyond our normal coverage area.  Our experts can schedule a delivery and discuss with you any special accommodations.

How promptly do you deliver my items?

We strive to deliver all items to customers in our normal coverage area within 24 hours of placing an order (some exceptions apply).  Delivery within 24 hours does not apply to items that are special ordered.  Our experts will work with you to schedule a convenient delivery time that suits your needs.

May I request special order of medical supplies and/or equipment?

We are happy to arrange special orders for our customers.  Our experts can discuss your unique requirements, review our inventory, and order the specialty item that you need if it is not kept in stock at our store.

How do you support hospice patients?

We are contracted with specific partner hospice agencies to furnish to their patients all supplies and equipment related to the patient’s hospice medical diagnosis.  This means that the patient incurs no out-of-pocket expenses for hospice-related equipment needs.  Reliable partnerships with hospice providers means better comfort care and peace of mind for hospice patients and their families.  Our experts can review hospice options or connect you with one of our partner providers.

Do you provide after-hours service?

Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.  Our store is closed on Sunday.  We are available on call 24 hours a day.  For emergency medical needs, or if a patient’s equipment requires immediate service or repair, our experts are on hand to address your concerns.
